The building was narrowed in a later use phase, its floor was carefully resurfaced with a pebble floor, and the animal-head deposit was reported in front of the exterior wall over a roughly 10 x 3 m area.

Public/special building at Çakmaktepe. Later phase narrowed the building. Pebble floor resurfacing is reported. Exterior-wall deposit covered roughly 10 x 3 m. More than 30 burnt gazelle skulls were reported. Five wild sheep heads were reported with or near the same exterior context. Gazelle horns were reported intact. Exact loci, plan relationship, and taphonomy still need formal publication.
